When the pandemic came, and I stood in a supermarket holding a vegetable that had no origin, no story, no soul — I understood what we had lost. Not just freshness. Trust.
Mannvaasam began with five farmers from my home district and twelve families willing to take a chance on real food again. Today, we serve over four thousand families. But the mission has never changed: to make trust the default, not the exception.
